5月(yue)24日(ri),由四川(chuan)省建筑科(ke)學研究院有限公司承(cheng)擔的(de)國(guo)家重點(dian)研發計劃(hua)課題“建筑工程施工實(shi)時對比、及時預警、質量(liang)溯源控制技術(shu)研究”啟(qi)動會在成都(dou)順利召開。會議采用(yong)線上線下相結合的(de)方(fang)式進行。

四川建(jian)科(ke)院黨(dang)(dang)委副(fu)書記(ji)、總(zong)經理(li)、總(zong)工程師(shi)賴(lai)偉(wei),項目(mu)負責人、東南(nan)大學李啟明教(jiao)(jiao)授,課(ke)(ke)(ke)題(ti)(ti)負責人、四川建(jian)科(ke)院黨(dang)(dang)委副(fu)書記(ji)、副(fu)總(zong)經理(li)葛慶(qing)子(zi),四川建(jian)科(ke)院財務總(zong)監(jian)邱寧,項目(mu)聯系人、東南(nan)大學王(wang)騫教(jiao)(jiao)授,項目(mu)組(zu)成(cheng)員、同濟大學趙勇副(fu)教(jiao)(jiao)授以及子(zi)課(ke)(ke)(ke)題(ti)(ti)負責人、課(ke)(ke)(ke)題(ti)(ti)骨(gu)干等20余人(ren)參加會議(yi),會議(yi)由四(si)川建(jian)科院科技部主任(ren)馬杰主持(chi)。

賴偉代表(biao)課(ke)(ke)(ke)題承擔(dan)單位(wei)對(dui)各位(wei)領導、專家的到來表(biao)示(shi)歡迎,對(dui)項目牽頭單位(wei)東(dong)南大學的鼎力(li)支持表(biao)達了感謝。賴偉表(biao)示(shi),希望課(ke)(ke)(ke)題組能借(jie)助課(ke)(ke)(ke)題啟動會(hui)的機會(hui)加強課(ke)(ke)(ke)題內協同與(yu)交流,明(ming)確(que)研(yan)究方(fang)向與(yu)目標、提高研(yan)究效率和質(zhi)量,并表(biao)示(shi)四川(chuan)建科(ke)(ke)院(yuan)將從人財(cai)物(wu)等(deng)方(fang)面全力(li)支持課(ke)(ke)(ke)題實(shi)(shi)施。邱(qiu)寧就國(guo)家重點研(yan)發(fa)計劃的經(jing)費使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)進(jin)行了說明(ming),要(yao)求課(ke)(ke)(ke)題組在經(jing)費使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)上(shang)做(zuo)到合理(li)(li)設置經(jing)費科(ke)(ke)目、專款專用(yong)(yong)(yong)、要(yao)與(yu)科(ke)(ke)研(yan)進(jin)度相匹配、落實(shi)(shi)財(cai)務助理(li)(li)制(zhi)度。

李(li)啟明教(jiao)授強調了(le)課(ke)題(ti)對于(yu)整(zheng)個項目的重要(yao)性,希望課(ke)題(ti)組能(neng)保(bao)質保(bao)量完(wan)成(cheng)各項研(yan)究任務,用研(yan)究成(cheng)果去解決行(xing)業的熱點和痛點問題(ti)。

課(ke)題(ti)(ti)負責(ze)人(ren)葛慶子(zi)(zi)就課(ke)題(ti)(ti)的研究(jiu)目標(biao)與(yu)(yu)研究(jiu)內容、任務分解與(yu)(yu)技(ji)術路線(xian)、與(yu)(yu)其(qi)它課(ke)題(ti)(ti)關聯接口、示(shi)范項目及內容安排、進(jin)度計劃(hua)與(yu)(yu)成果考核、組織(zhi)構架與(yu)(yu)經費安排等進(jin)行了介紹,各子(zi)(zi)課(ke)題(ti)(ti)負責(ze)人(ren)對各子(zi)(zi)課(ke)題(ti)(ti)的實施方案進(jin)行了匯報。

與會(hui)專家、領導就項目及課(ke)(ke)題的(de)研究對象、所聚(ju)焦(jiao)(jiao)的(de)具(ju)體質量問題、各子課(ke)(ke)題間的(de)協同交(jiao)流、各課(ke)(ke)題系統數據接口等問題進行了充(chong)分的(de)探討(tao)和(he)交(jiao)流。葛(ge)慶子表示本次啟(qi)動會(hui)聚(ju)焦(jiao)(jiao)了課(ke)(ke)題研究對象,明確了關鍵(jian)技術的(de)實(shi)施(shi)方案,對課(ke)(ke)題研究工作(zuo)的(de)順利開(kai)展(zhan)起到了積(ji)極的(de)推動作(zuo)用。
